sold his M cos byk problem. mau pening siol member fikiran pasal motor...

but he seems happier now with his problem-free spark.

guys.. ever wondered if M tukar arrow (or pipe2 sewaktu dengan nye).. den use back d ori M pipe cover d slim arrow pipe so 'orang orang tertentu' tak nampak. possible ? or got people do it alr ?

is it common for tzm radiator coolant to leak into the bike? cause when i topped up mine and found it empty the next day cos it went into my whole bike as in the piston, block etc.. all the way to my pipe. when i throttle coolant was shooting out. now my piston got scratches cos of this. a fren of mine said that its common among tzm. is it true? and is there anyway to prevent this?

same experience when i was using NSR hehehe...

the problem is from gasket, but why is from gasket?

it's because i did block oversize that time, and the workshop didn't do it properly thus my block didn't match with the head.

Tilt between the block and head resulting small gaps.

The gasket was not able to cover the gaps no matter how tight I screw the bolt.

 

So, don't you ever oversize your block because once you got this problem, better you change the block and head or sold the bike.

otherwise, prepare your pocket for endless spares and also you will lose the funtime with your bike forever wehehehe...

 

but if you insist to oversize, please do it on official showroom/workshop of YAMAHA

 

stupid advise:

put a huge gasket glue to cover the block-head gaps, then screw the bolt super tight huehehe...

when you start using non zero size piston, means you start to use piston with size 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, etc. that's mean you already oversize your block

i think so, like SP also using that size (D-A).

it's because last time i was using old NSR 150R hehehe, don't know if Singapore/Malaysia ever had that NSR type, not SP, not RR, nor Hornet. it's NSR 150R
