That time, my piston and block spoilt, they ask me to overhaul..total 600

 

actually hw is the piston will jam ar..... izzit drive too fast o wat? o push the rpm too high??? i tried 1 time trying up to top speed then suddenly turn off all... then nid using push to start bac n keep turning throttle to make it wont mati...some say tat call piston jam...some say cdi too hot...after go make top service then no more problem

Hmm..Push too hard can cos piston jam..That time when piston jam, the mechanical sound only goes one time instead of the usual..after that, the sound made by the engine seem smooth..but they say that means trouble..better to change before you need full overhaul..

Service @ Yishun..They change Piston, Piston Ring, Piston Pin, Bearing, Clip, Cylinder Block, Power Valve, Bush, Oil Seal, Top Gasket, Full Service..

 

bro if like that full service, how much?cos im planning to re-service back my tZm..my bike HanCur Siar!!! after caught accident last saturday..

ori part lasts longer than local... and setting plays a very important part... too much or too little air, 2t or petrol will make the bike heavy or slow n stuff so a good mech for tuning makes it good too...

because people wanna push the bike over its limit n not knowing the technic... trust me... a guy like me, conrod n piston jam... its not a nice feeling... found out that u must know your bike first because u test it... know your bike as in izzit for pick up or top speed... or what... u must know... i always push my bike n found out it can only hit 160... when for a top service, change my spocket, good chain, petrol n 2 n all the setting done nicely... service valve n all... then u try... sure can hit 190... enough already...

haha... u always piston jam???? haizzz hw much is chging a piston ha??? some 1 call me to chg the piston size for more fast...w8 my bac tyre chg it to 110/80 1st then i go try the top speed... as 1 noe nw fastest i drive is 140km/h oni... wind too big...

Depends on what you mean..Full service ade various..around 100 consider good already..but if your bike terribly damaged den maybe have to overhaul around 600++..
