not illegal. in sentosa also guys open shirt. actually it is ok to ride lah cuz i dun think they have a rule saying no shirt cannot ride. but not a healthy practice.

Juz my 2 cents worth.. If nobody complains policeman can close 1 eye.. But if got ppl complain.. ESPECIALLY LADIES.. You sure can b charged in court.. It is indeed illegal to b topless irregardless man or woman in the eyes of the law...

I think cannot. Even if walk on the street along Orchard road is already considered indecent exposure. If got women worse, they can sue for outrage of modesty...

hi guys, i know this sounds dumb but i just suddenly thought of this and pls dont flame me for that. My question is, if we are riding without our shirt on, you know bare tops, is it illegal?

 

haha kinda funny thought. Well I think it will be painful because of road debri (smoke emission from other vehicles), weather (scorching sun, rain etc). Also depends if you are a guy and women call police to complain you may be arrested for public nuisance (remember the news about the guy butt naked in his own home!) As for ladies in bikinis I actually saw some local women in bikini and jeans walking and having meals at fast food outlets in Orchard Road! Any guys would like to complain of public nuisance? Majority of the guys would rather watch free fashion show then call 999. Go figure
