Crap. I couldnt find e one u show on ebay. Well thanks for being e 1st to buy and test!!! Lol. Hope results will be good. :)

I couldnt find any thin frame below $50. Dealextreme also dun be :/

1 piece of warning. Dun keep in bike box. E frame if is cheap plastic type under e heat will deform and crack.

Go toilet dun anyhow look ok.

Looking forward to ur review!!

Ps: i saw some clip on shades for glasses at $5 usd. Is tat cheap?

thank duo for the heads up.

for the concern i read, its mainly on the design of specs itself. he is using a big old type of glasses. i found one at ebay that has a slim profile on the specs "legs". better video quality too. on paper.

but it can only last 80mins of recording before it has to be charge again.

he did not point out any issues on the quality of the video it self.

so i will give it a try.

since it will kill two birds with one stone for my case hehehehe

Glad to share. I was not a specs person but after an accident I am now a specs person due to the injuries sustained. Shall not go into the gory details. Do give a review of the specs cam when you get it.

Scary. ._. but glad u r alive. Sounds very bad.
It is. The surgery I had to go for costed more than 10k. Its been about 6 months or more but I am still recuperating. Best thing is the mod had deleted my sales thread which I used to sell my unused stuff to fund my medical bills without having the decency to notify me first about it.

Wa. No claims? No medical or accident insurance?

Nope. Part of my injury actually affected my memory for that whole particular day. Could not recollect what I even did on that day. Got personal insurance and only managed to get a fraction of the cost for compensation as I have not upgraded it to the premium plan.

@duo. Well glad u r alright. But ur case reinforce my opinion tat riders need better personal medical and accident insurance. :/

@k3ndokaz3: thanks for sharing!!! Can take a picture of how u mount it to ur bike or helmet? I think with e quality at night, daytime no need say. Some questions.

1) charging by usb?

2) per charge can last how long base on product specification?

apologies for the wrong use of words ...should be rain proof instead of water proof

micro hd is cheaper yes ...but do you want only 2.5 hrs of recording with AAA batteries or 4 hours recording with built in rechargeble batteries ?

for spy glasses , would it fit into ur helmet or cause pressure points when u wear ur helmet ?

well, for me i just have to wait to find out.

its not a losing situation for me if it cant fit into the helmet

i am wearing glasses.

tried lots of glasses too

the ones that im buying from pics, the legs look slim.

time will tell

Actually i bought 3M velcro. But quite ex 6+ for roughly 5cm only. But is strong. In my opinion and little experience, velcro is strong. The worry is the double sided tape. So can try buying 3M dbl side tape and cheapo velcro from tailor shop. for the same 6$ will sure get longer.

for singapore short trips to anywhere, the 1.5hours estimate for the spy glasses is ok ok lar

but

i will still invest in some sort of rain or water proof camera for the touring trips.

i have a ciggarate charger so can plug it in.
