I also need to know cause planning to have it fix below pillion seat. Seriously i got not much of a problem with ERP gantry but only with carparks where the barrel will only open when they scan your IU.

 

 

 

I was quoted for 41k for a base model 1198, 53k for a 1198s but seriously didnt get the price for the 1198sp.

 

Bro that is for the 2010 model. I was quoted the same price. But if you can get them to commit this for 2011 model let me know too.

Is the cost of maintainence for 848evo very high? May i knw wads the average u guys spend on maintainence?

Sorry off topic.. Anyone rode the 1100 HYM? Can i know hw many litres of e.o the bike is using? I read the owner's manual it state 3.7l w oil filter changed but

When i sent to minerva they only use 3.1l of e.o with oil filter changed lei.. Issit sufficient or am i paranoid? Thks for the info to anyone who can confirm this

That's normal... If you would to drain all the oil then you'll need to fill up 3.7L.

Bro, mine is the touring version X1R. Max speed 100km/h only. Not the racing version. When you see on sunday, you will understand what i meant. ehehehehehe

if u see my earlier post 1 or2 pages back, i just blew $648 for a full service that will last me the next 15-17k km, in between only need to change oil & filter. Mine is a 5yr old duke, i can spend alot less or dun spend, but i chose to spend for peace of mind, esp since i did not inherit any service history from the ex-owner.

 

I think the newer models probably cost more to maintain than my old one, best u ask the old birds here on sunday.
