fluff > .....so long as u dont lean too much into a bend u shouldn't skid

my brakes are crap. so are my braking skills and experience. the risk of me slamming into a vehicle in front or skidding in the event of an ebrake is def pretty high..which is why i never like riding in the rain.. the circumstances are even more against me when it's raining..

Fluff: You must be quite lucky to be able to get taht cos my experience is that if you keep a long following distance, some chongster will cut into your lane ahead and the dude behind you will curse and swear at you cos you are a woman.

:: so ermmm... how often you guys meet up? ::

amongst the regulars in aj scooters, we meet up pretty often..aziz , yati (tazzy_jnr) and wilson (AL5L) are at the shop almost every other day and as for myself and most of the other regulars, we head down to the shop at least once or twice a month..that's when we all hang out together and have dinner/supper together..

people will def cut into your lane if you are riding slowly..thing is, at that speed, you are able to apply your brakes safely and slow down in a manner that's not too drastic and is safe as well..

as for cursing and swearing..i don't give a rat's ass..

From yesterday's postings it seems a number of you are in the east. So meet for supper often?

Rear disk is overkill dude.... They look damn cool though...

The rear drum is actually pretty damn good... think about how easy it is to lock up the rear.... If a drum can lock it up, there's no need for a disc back there....

Focus on the front one cephelix....

Ooooh... btw... saw some links that might interest you... esp those who don't want to spend money on changing the headset when installing a diskbrake... (remove master cylinder----- instead of the one on the handlebar)....

Enjoy,
