Hey guys,

 

Some mofo pinched my Vespa around circuit road last week. Keep a look out for this scooter for me will ya?

 

It's a pretty beat up vespa, left leg-shield is slightly dented. Light blue and white in colour, single saddle seat(black). Anyway, attached is a picture of the scooter.

 

I have a feeling it's probably sitting in a heap of metal at this moment. I've pretty much given up hope. It's been with me for about 6 years though... *sigh*

 

Appreciate if you guys can keep a look out for me. Thanks.

hey Maes2ro... good to meet you face to face just now... Sorry I didn't stop to chat... Waiting around for half an hour fruitlessly tends to prey on the nerves...

 

 

Nevertheless, VBC it was good meeting you too and having a chat. I do hope you get your Malossi sorted soon... Take some pics of the piston when you take it out.... you may (with luck) get away with a minor hone and some new piston rings.... New pistons are bloody expensive!

 

 

Am quite sure there were some other forum people around at AJ when I dropped by, but I can be a touch shy :smile: Aren't we all?

Just for our info... how was the scoot stolen? Was it locked? Covered?

 

I remind myself to be nervous when leaving my scoot.... The relative safety offered to in this super country often makes us complacent. Singapore ROCKS... but crime BLOWS! Take precautions people.

The handle wasn't locked, wasn't covered. Still, I parked it for the last 3 years on deserted private walkway, at jalan raya road. It's private housing area... kinda weird.

 

Anyway, It was a Sunday morning 4 a.m. I just came back from the office. The whole of sunday afternoon I was at home, I only discovered the theft on monday morning, helmet in hand and emptiness...

P.S. word of advice, fix your handle lock, if you've lost the key. The ignition switch is a joke on a vespa.

Wow vespa easy to steal?? damn it i'll take extra caution everytime man.

I didnt noe they can juz ride it off i tot they normally carry in on a lorry or something. :giddy:
