Yamaha 125Z is very light. Hard to beat it in the traffic light drag races. But at high speed on the open highway it has limited endurance. As bike meant for commuter use it is indeed, very quick.

Maybe not lose power, maybe its I got used to its power. Because when i just changed air filter, the boost in power was fun.

Motoworld, the one in kaki bukit. Cat says the lub cost 3.5$.

Actually somehow i feel my phantom power is ok, at least i am able to catch up with the convoys and not lagging behind.

Phantom is also very loud most of the time. Fun puttering along at 60kph making housewives think it's a Harley or something. Lol!

I ran home on unusually lean settings and the air intake sounded like a little supercharger under the seat. Lol!

I may go change my spark plug tomorrow at Planet, and finalise the carb tuning for saturday's convoy. Sms me your timing? I'll see if I can bring my (100kph) armchair along.

Too lean or too rich may cause backfiring.

To differentiate between lean and rich look at the engine temperature and note how fast it revs.

Hot running = lean and lousy torque

Rich = better torque but spongy throttle response and unstable idling speed if over-rich.

I think you are over-rich on wide open throttle = unburnt fuel enters exhaust system creating afterburning.

The sky is pretending to rain.

It rained for 5 minutes, stopped, and now threatening to rain again. Wth?

Edit: Then comes BIG BIG rain. nnb

Lol!

That means cool weather and clear skies for tonight :D Which is more gooder :3

Edit 2:

@CJP hacked into the global weather control system and made the clouds run away like... instantly.

Interesting, only Toa Payoh club got this kind of thing :D
