well for abt 10 to 12k you can get an 06 to 08 model.. my suggestion is to shop ard a bit more.

 

The 04 FZ6 has tps issues and IMO lacks braking power. These issues were resolved in the 05 model and brakes were upgraded in the 06 model.

 

Cum down Fri and mebbe you can get opinions from the other FZ6 riders..

 

Anyway bro, i bought the bike already but i will only manage to get it end november. SOme say it's a bit too steep. Was wondering if its a good buy coz i saw the mileage at only 59000km.

 

I dunno what's the function of TPS is for fazer and what IMO stands for and its function?

 

Care to explain? im a newbie in big bikes. Hope $9800 is not a rip off. Dah start rasa menyesal pulak... Hehehe:sian:

TPS is the throttle positioning system. For some of the 04 and 05 models this was faulty and caused the bike to stall for no reason.

 

IMO is 'in my opinion' je.. its not part of the bike

 

your price is about average..dun worry abt it. I was saying for 1 or 2k more u can get the later version is all.

3-4 bulan lalu aku aru jual aku punye fazer six 04 model, kedai cuma abik moto aku at 7k je so kau decide lah whether kedai tu jual kau mahal ke tak.

 

Den motor tu banyak accesoriess tak...

 

Almost semua yamaha bikes use TPS, its for the throttle. Tak salah aku ia di panggil Throttle Percision Sensor...

 

Den kau beli motor second hand kan asal pulak it took more den a month untuk moto kuar end of november eh...

err just a suggestion..kalo ko dari gilera lompat ke fazer kan.. take a bit of time to get to know the bike before goin off to Thai.

Nak tanya kalau 04' Fazer6 on the road $9800 termasuk insurance mahal tak?

 

Mileage cuma 59000km aje. Beli dari Asphoon Changi... Tak tau kalau mahal sangat ke tak. Condition 8.5/10.

IMHO, aku rasa should be quite an ok price since it included insurance (OTR}). Just asking, how much is the machine price? Did u get a breakdown from the bikeshop?
