Where to Re-Spray / Re-Condition Helmet?

hei guys,

 

wonder anyone know is there a place where we can re-spray or re-condition our helmet?

 

i got a matt black flip up coming to 2 yrs old liao... it was like sticky sticky on the surface due to prolong sun baking sessions blah blah blah... tried using various methods e.g. wash with soap, zippo, goo gone, etc, to remove the sticky surface but invalid... sighs...

 

anyone happens to know is there such shop/person that can help?
