if you are going on the track, one piece full suit is the way to go.

so many other brands, no need to buy spyke for $1,500.

Revi'it made in europe (netherlands brand) very solid about $1,200

My personal recommendation for budget concious yet seek top quality.

Motorworld stocks many jap brands and the sales staff not helpful.

go there to buy only for convenience . pay and then **** off

:nono:

hahaha

agree.....

Revi'it is available at Biketech21 right?

One thing about Kominie suits, they are pretty heavy... I tried on one before, but the fit is pretty decent.

BTW anybody tried Nankai suits before? My fav HK/Zhuhai racing team uses that...

no problem, just sharing experience.

komine suits are light in my opinion, the make is not very solid. but the price is good. so it makes a good entry level suit for someone who wants protection yet dont want to spend so much.

however, my theory is if want to buy , buy a better one to start with.

if no money, save a bit more, money well spent is alright...

Your hints a bit the obvious... Heh... :cheeky:

When I'm back from my studies, riding a class 2 supersport or sport-tourer, I'll definitely get myself some quality leathers to protect my skin. But for now, tahan for a few months first loh.

motoworld lim kopi????

motoworld is one of the rather crappy bike shops around.

other than the fact that they stock up quite a lot of accessories, i dont think they are any good.

like i said, must adopt buy then fock off style...........

that's pretty true, Kangaroo skin is getting very popular due to the toughness and softness. Price is of course higher.

Arlen Ness suits are nice. They are more popular in the american market like Joe Rockets etc... Arlen Ness does a lot of harley suits. They were very popular for harley leather stuff, when I was riding cruiser in mid 90s

Hi, Trottle,

There are 2 different Arlen Ness, the original Arlen Ness is a High end Harley Performance parts brand with a small range of leather apparels.

The Racing Arlen Ness is a Italian OEM Race leather company that use to do OEM for some of the big names in Race leather and decide to started their own label, so they bought the right of the Arlen Ness name and produce some of the best race leathers in the world market today, this company is called : Madif Industries and they have 2 brands of Bike leathers and apparel collection call :

Arlen Ness which the logo is a Shield with Arlen Ness word and another is a Dragon

Berik Design is the Eyes

We're still looking for a good distributor in Singapore and Malaysia, if anyone has some good contact, pls let us know, as we're sure the Arlen Ness products will be good for these 2 rkets and the prices are extremely good.

interested party pls contact : [email protected]

i think i asked this b4, but just would like to noe do you wear your suit b4 hand as you enter the custom or after you entered malaysia then you start to wearit, and if yu did not wear it, do yu bring a big bag...

Some people bring a big bag, while others wear the suit there. For me and my buddy, we wear our suits there because I leave home and head straight for PG (with the exception of petrol top-ups) and after the session, head home. If you intend to go anywhere else, maybe you can bring a bag.

As for me, almost going to buy (CookieSol letting go of his Dainese) then suddenly I find my cash disappearing into bills and more bills. :nono: Sigh... Just when I found a good deal. *phui* Hopefully when I come up with the cash, it's still on sale...

I'm using the Fieldsheer Tungsten 1 piece suit and i find it okay. The stiching quality is pretty good .

I'm selling my suit if you're interested to get one. I'm moving to HK for work soon and won't have a chance to use it
