haha actually im just checking if anyone here uses 95. cause the guan hoe boss tell me must use 98. then i ask ask around see if like anyone use 95 then the bike got spoil or anything like that lo. haha. but sian. still thinking if should use OEM front fork suspension or to mod the front fork suspension to other brand or models. like i hear from my own mech saying that this bike the front fork like buai gum with other brands and models one lei. scared later buy new one then cannot fit properly then waste alot of $$$$$$$

ok 2 things to share.

 

1. if u search on the history, i do believe the latest gk76a aka gsxr 400 R ... was registered in 1996.

ponder on this tot. it answers both questions on rust on octane requirement.

 

2. making it easier for u guys wif 'fork' issues. if u can afford it, yes aftermarket is do-able.

but would u pay a 4 figure sum to have customized parts and not use it for track?

coz not a single local gsxr400 rider i know has that mentality in the past 7 years i had 1.

so... just try to find a 2nd hand 1?

make a trip to ks motor or guanhoe, check with them the price. if you just need a side, see whether they sell only one side. or maybe can find the other g4 who need the other side, then get a set? just a suggest.

any of you interested in samco silicon hoses? some1 in uk is doing, they will be sending g4's hose to samco & copy the hoses.

but need @ least 4 to do. dont think in spore can find. i'm still considering...

hey ben, where is KS motors ah? i think i going down tml give him see see my fork. any other recommandations? cause if cannot i last resort go guan hoe. cause guan hoe boss say cost 300 to replace the spacer or sth. then see if can do it other place cheaper or sth first.

ks motor is suzuki parts dealer. they sell parts, dont service. you should confirm with guanhoe which is the exact part damaged. ask from GH the part number. go ks motor check the pricing. then find a reliable shop, tell them whats damaged but dont let them know you know the price. ask them quote you see how much + labour. then you gota decide,

a) buy the parts from ks motor, bring to shop do, pay them labour fee.

b) straight give shop do, either guanhoe / your workshop.

 

ks motor, 127, jalan besar. its opp regina. you gota look out properly then you can see the shop. they open till 5pm only. guanhoe quote you 300 as new part or used part? anything, look for me in FB...

how do i know that my rear shocks are damaged? my butt feels like it needs a rebuild... i bump up whenever i go pass slight uneven roads on highways... but i dont know whether is it normal as i'm traveling over speed limit. anybody can help me?

just changed my master brake pump kit for $45... so if you guys feel your front brake pump not working, no need change to what BREMBO $300, just go change the kit & its as new.
