Triumph Daytona 675

All daytona models, even my late 2010 model have rectifier problem. Its their old version rectifier. New version more better design and better heat dissipation. Most Daytona owners overseas bought a CBR600R rectifier and replaced with the stock ones. The honda uses the same ones as the newer design. Only thing is the connection plug is different. Should go to triumph675.net. Lotsa info i found there.

The issue is that I'm not hands-on and im left to the mercy of mechanics.

Its true but u can always purchase the updated version of the regulator rectifier online. Newer ones uses MOSFET units rather than SCR ones. There are also plug and play ones. No modifications needed. And normally its definitey cheaper than agent price.

got attracted by mah for the daytona but sad to say other old model is sold.. the 2013 model come with side pipe which is quite ugly... abit disappointment in that.. hopefully later yr they will do back underseat pipe again...

Brembo's , ohlins shocks, carbon rims, these three are confirm and there's something about the ECU which is different from the 675 daytona i guess. not much of a difference thou.

btw, side exhuast isnt that bad, noise reduced alot compare the undertray ones, stock exhuast is nearly as good as a aftermarket one. already very noisy. haha just so you know.
