225km/h is with hrc 030 card and the jha rs force exhaust( main jet 140/138)stock air box and 15/ 42 spocket and some other mods

Hey ... If you can get the jha RS force from pgm iv , i'm the first owner of that .The one and only lastest jha rs force exhaust in s'pore( carbon steel)

. Now jha only produce stainless steel chamber which is super ex ( think no one will get ) . The exhaust give you 15-17 hp increase better then the DFR 2000 model . And the titainium endcan is super light , power will come in after 8 k rpm .

im just curious, doenst carbon steel rust compared with stainless steel which resists rust? and is it slightly heavier than ss?

just asking ah dont mind

and yeah your jet seem abit too small, the hrc ones are 192/195! :giddy:

were you running a little lean? even with the stock airbox i kinda feel its not enough :/

bro ar.. the hrc jets size r for race 1.. which means without airbox, running on premix, lighten of the bike ( like clip-on, rims, race fairing etc etc)

the jet size for our bikes with exhaust i think the max 16+.. unless u r those hardcore track goer, or u hav lotsa $$ to spend.. u can transform the bike into hrc specs..

btw hikaru, did ur bike kena siezure running on those jet size?

192/195 or 185/182 are basic HRC settings with no abox n 40 pilots etc etc...dun just read the books n manual READ THE PLUGS...sumtimes can go up 2 210 depending on altitude wheather humidity n temp..do plug chopping or test at the track then u will know..to set a bike is not just read n follow n if u guys juz wanna ride on the road to n fm werk no nid to do..just use std or up a bit if with pipes..usually tract setting with pipes etc...170's region...not necessarily rear cylinder more

yes i know that those hrc jettings are done with bikes with hrc specs. but 140ish mj is a BIG difference from 180-190 mj! i think you have to upsize the mj a lil if you use a aftermarket exhaust right? im really not sure what size to use, intending to slowly do trial and error. (actually im not sure what size mj im running now, but it seems to run fine and the plugs are just nice)

truthfully, i dont use the nsr250 for transport. i kinda just want to do it up nicely, and when i have enough cash i'll get a set of race fairings and go down track (now bo lui :

yes the exhaust is running on stock jetting ( stock air box with filter ) the manual comes with it also state it... if you are running a open pod then is a different case . i have try a 145/ 148 main then engine start to blog and the plug check is black and oily.

yes the carbon steel will rust so i spray then chamber black when i bought it and it will not catch so much attendtion . The DFR 2000 is also carbon steel if i'm right . jha only release the stainless steel model not to long ago.

been to the track twice with that set up and everything is fine

the design of these exhaust is abit different for the rest . most of the other brands right chamber is quite big and after installation you will have problem fitting the right side lower fairing screw below the exhaust. the rs force right chamber is not so big but you will need to add a few piece of washer .

and i thing i almost forgotton .... if you are getting a new set of these exhaust it comes with a piece of metal( advancer or something like that) which you replace the original ones from your magneto coil ..... which help you to get the full power out of the exhaust

hello pgm riders! ^^

i'm getting my mc28 from a friend this october and i can't wait to ride a stroker again. i'm curious, does the bike's chambers have filters/ baffles or any restricting device within? i am looking for cheaper alternatives in increasing performance (tong pipe) but i don't wish to wake up the whole neighbourhood. has anyone cleared their chambers? is it very loud?
