hi all the supermotard riders, i am planning to get the new launch derbi drd125sm from spain barcelona. but b4 i get this bike, i hope to hear some comment from u all regarding this bike. this bike OTR is about 12k. but i dunnoe whether does tis bike worth this pricing and is there any "BRANDED" parts for this bike and how is the fuel consumption like???

cos husky 125 n ktm 200 cost about 13k-16k but they come with brembo brakes n other "BRANDED" parts on the bike. so the bike worth the price n it has the value, but the fuel consumption is abit turn off for me, cos i want to use it as a daily use transport.

hope u guys can give me some advises on the derdi drd125sm. thanks!! :cheeky:

i believe the bike wun have a relatively good FC for a 125 4-stroker..

why not address your concerns at Dirt Wheels as they are the ones bring the bikes in..?

I believe there's a few pieces over there where you can touch and feel before committing..

in the end, are you buying bike because of transport and FC?

if yes, please get a Bajaj Pulsar..

else, most SMers i know change their exhaust, upgraded carbs, powermods, etc to their bikes.. FC will drop and will drop significantly then..

for even you are buying it for the love for this Derbi, you shouldnt be looking at it's FC..

any bike that had FC within 20km/L range deems good to be a transport bike for me at least..

as a stock bike, i certainly believe a 125cc 2 stoker single cyclinder can acheive 14-18km/L FC with considerable average speeds for commuting..
