-explain in a simple method-

ok lets say , my montly installment is $100 for 24 months.

then i have paid 6 months installment , that means left $1800(18months) , if i now intend to pay everything in full , got discount or not ar? i still must pay $1800 ar?

BUT dun understand why must pay more for early settlement

they will loose out on e interest so it's not surprising tat they will make u pay more to compensate for it.

ASPhoon gave me a rebate when I settled my Hire Purchase early.

 

Not too sure how they calculated, but I owed 5x$147=$735. Paid $712.5 for full settlement.

If you settle everything as agreed in the contract, they where got lose out on interest? Eg : $370 x 24 = $8880 whereby the $370 for 2 years is inclusive of interest. The bikeshops don't lose out. They get the money earlier some more... :sian:

ya agreed..as long as they dun lose out i dun think they care.definately they wont offset the interest..if i strike lottery i also willing to make full settlement.if possible,i dun want to be tied down to loans..every mth have to put aside for loans..haiz..how to save enouff???hahaha

Ya... Although they dun lose out on anytin... Isnt dis a great chance for them to earn more.... They get to receive the full settlement plus more cash....
