i had laid up 2 bike b4..... if it is one the first day when bike was laid up...as they give 1 day allowance i guess for bike to get to laid up address....but it should be tow...

 

but if it's not on first day.... then be tao ki liao lor...

whether if license revoked or not ..will ...depend on the person whether he hold that class of laid up bike ..

And it should be a lesson learnt the easier way for you, because you keep and maintain such kind of friends that gives riders a bad name, as well as endanger all road users.

this print out is too small, but try to read point (g). It says the laid-up will be cancel u need to pay the RT from the day of it supposed laid-up.

 

on top of that, as a separate issue, I believe the rider will be charged for riding without valid insurance & RT, where revokation (if there is a such word) of liscense cld be possible

Two, ERPs, laws and so on are erected by the gahment, TPs are only enforcement of their gahment erected ERPS & laws.

 

Three, much more mature person will correct you straight off. You DONT get to choose your parents, siblings and blood relatives. Your friends/spouses are matters of choice.

 

And on judging, grow up some more before you suggest that you and your friends are all holey and nice and does not judge either.

2) Was the laid up bike owned by the rider?

 

3) Why did the friend ride the laid up bike on what desperate mission/event?
