I'm back

I was lost since the thread has changed place and name.

finally i found it..........

 

CKC, r u still using FZ6 and Spark Z ?

 

well, I am still using my 2 yr and 9 months old bike.

 

just update for latest changes made this month

 

1. changed rear michelin pilot sporty tubeless $65 Mah motor

2. spark plug to denso iridium $16 shop at rowell road, little india

3. seat cover and cushion $40 Desker road

4. changed engine oil Mobil 1 10w-50 $22

5. Rear shoe brake/pad

6. Air filter $6

7. Cleaned and add water for battery....still using the original factory fitted battery

 

Planning to change sprocket and chain ......i changed these every 26,500km

 

Now my bike has clocked 52,646km

when was the last date u changed battery

Anyone know if there is an uprated forks for the Spark Z? If the X1 uprated forks is available (I am not sure tho), can it be fitted on the Spark Z?

 

Can advise where in Singapore can I get this forks?

do anybody know where in singapore i can chrome cheap2?? juz bought the bike a mth... so far so good... no prob at all..only my tyre always pancit every morning.. hmm wonder wad happen..... one more thing, heard the ferring can change to x1??? hit me back..... and wad is ubox???

today i went to JB , to service spark z.

 

those who wants to know about air filter and spark plug

 

air fliter $6 look for autocycle shop at serangoon road. this is a famous yamaha dealer spare part shop.

 

and

 

spark plug i got it from rowell road, little india. $16

IUF22 5383 Iridium power Denso made in japan 0.4mm iridium

 

in JB, motor shop

 

1. sprocket + roller chain

= all STEEL sprocket and DID 428H chain made in japan = RM75

 

2. rubber hub for rear wheel damper hub = RM18

 

3. rear sprocket bearing NTN bearing made in japan = RM22

 

4. ASK brake show rear = RM12

 

5. flush and changed brake fluid DOT 4

 

6. changed spark plug

 

also in another place I changed battery dry cell and fully synthetic black oil

 

my bike meter now is 56785

today tested the petrol consumption

 

am happy....

 

1 liter I get 45km with 97km/h constant speed.

 

ok la

 

45 km for 1 liter

fuel intake for 1 liter gave 43km with 105km/h constant speed

update on my spark z

meter = 60XXX

1. changed black oil fully synthetic $18 brand = delphi

2. bulb rear red light $2

3. retune carb timing . After using REDEX treatment the timing also run away since the redex xleans carb and also valves so the will be changes in timing.

4. today renewed road tax also 1 yr $73

5. bought helmet gpr silver $30. ask the aunty to sew a strap so that i lazy guy no need to tie the knot. just strap . hehehee

$3 extra for sewing
