Exactly! Even the RSV4 is less than $40K. :nono: I don't think I can afford a $46K-$47K OTR bike. Looks like the option to get a Japanese supersports bike is back on the table...:sian:

LOL... and they hyped it up earlier that they wanted to price it competitively with the Jap Big 4....

Full of crap.....

I think the price is comparable to the Japanese sportsbikes, Deus. In Europe, that is. Just not in Singapore. Euro$11190 for base model. Convert that and it is less than S$30K. Come to Singapore and the price becomes $43K??? :nono:

First learn stand, then learn fly. Nature's rules biker-sans. Not mine...

Is the price confirmed? why don't you go down to PML to ask the sales rep yourself?

So you have PML to thank for this?

Or is the model available here the full monty, with all options in?

The base model is supposed to cost USD1000 more than a Big 4 superbike.

The full option, I heard should go for Euro 15.5K, perhaps around USD17 to 19K.

Tell u la... just get the RSV4.

250 290 according to the label on my swingarm. maybe diff year diff number, that one i dunno, hehe.

oh no actually all almost the same even though the difference in years and technology ... just that i like to pump more for handling purposes cause alot easier to flick the bike around ... some call me siao

250 290 is the manual's recommendation, as what maxbg has advised

You do realize that by overinflating your tyres, you make it hard and unable to squash enough upon contact with the tarmac, right? And if it doesn't squash enough, you're effectively reducing the contact patch with the ground, and in turn reducing traction.

It's easy to flick because it retains its rounded shape well. But just try throwing it hard into a corner and tell me if you slip and slide....

Or wait. Don't do it. I don't want to read abt it in the news.

yes i agree with what u say ... thats why i dont play hard cornering on the road .... i just like that kind of flickerability feeling thats all

sorry to disappoint u but think u wont have a chance to read about it in the news at all
