how come there's a FZ8 and a Fazer8.

two different bikes.

difference: headlight, overall height and overall weight

both are same bike bro juz that one is naked (only 1 headlight) and the other is with half fairing (2 headlights).

hence the difference in weight which is not dat much. Same idea like the super4 spec3 and the Boldor (if i get the name correct)

haha i understan ur concerns bros...well im sure driving centres got teach us to ride in staggered formation n not directly behind a bike while on the road..tat wud be considered tail gating liao either way i also got kenna from other bikes who removed their fender on rainy days....so i kno wat u all mean..sorry all !!

Qn: Fazer 8 do not come with a main stand? Wonder if it is worth the money to upgrade my 5yr old fazer 600 to this one or not.

Bro this question only u can answer, go and trail run one Fazer 8 from then and there u can only speak thru ur positive or negative feeling towards Fazer 8.

Also i still don get it. What does happen if you ride behind a bike that has no fenders? Lol, been lucky enough i suppose to never ridden behind one in the 8 yrs i have been riding.

yes they taught to ride in staggered formation. did they teach to lanesplit? do you lanesplit? i not sure. do i? yes, that's where i know fender eliminators are causing inconvenience to others. i am not trying to advocate pple not to put FE, just sharing my thoughts.

i upgraded my fz6n '07 recently (and i love my fz6n). but when i got my fz8N, i feel like i am cheating on my fz6. . hahaha. . TO ME its really worth the change. i tried my frens' fz1 but TO ME it's to powerful to play around in s'pore. the fz8 is by far perfect to run around and play around in s'pore and also 2nd link. .hehehe. but remember, all this is TO ME.
