Same here!!! Which pract you at now? Just had pract 3 for the first time just now. I ended up flying off the bike at the crank course, the s- shaped thingy. Damn paisey xD. Slope, somehow I always forget to release rear brake and check back. Haha!

Ohh crank course - my technique is when you enter the course, after the line kick up gear2, you try to enter abit to the left.. so you are not scared that you will hit the curb on the right when turning. Nevermind don't paiseh.. Actually the more times that you have to repeat a prac, you are actually gaining more experience (i must brainwash myself for motivation :x ) Slope you just check back away from curb can already. haha

for crank course, remember to throttle sufficiently before kicking up to gear 2...

Muaha! I cleared prac 3. One of the instructors said my timing was below 11 sec. But when collecting y booklet, another said my timing not so good. Whattttt? Haah

I fail pract 2 again. I only took pract 1 twice. The instructor should not have passed me. My handling of the bike sucks. My engine keep stalling too. And I've a bad bad habit of squeezing the brake. Cos the first time I took pract 2 I forgot to turn into the traffic light and I alone went 1 big round around CDC and the instructor cannot find me. Lol. I did almost everything wrongly too. Sigh!

 

hahaha i kept doing that for my prac 2. but the instructor didnt even notice i was gone lol. coz i kept missing the turn, then kept turning round and round ar.

 

at that time i really miss prac 1. get to go up to gear 5 enjoy the breeze. just going round and round...

My dad commented too but both parents didnt say anything. My dad even asked me when's my TP. lol. My bf's the only one who's worried. Probably because he's planning to make me his sub-rider for his 1st bike once I get my lic..

Not really but they like.. What I would call "resigned to fate" that their daughter insist on learning? Haha. Good then more practice.. Unlike me pass quickly but now having problems.. my mother pay for car then bike I pay myself. I now also working.. Very busy.

My GP C. Disappointed. Then econs B. Chem, phy and math A. I took 4h2.. Haha. My subject combi is v popular.. Now I dunno what course to take in uni. So good your dad supportive of you. That'll never happen to me. Lol.

Yes I'm Chinese. Yup it's okay but not very spectacular. Haha. Many people I know got straight As. What bike are you intending on getting after you get your license?

I was dreaming, of Aprilia. But, $$$. After much thinking, i decided to go with more low-end bikes cos was aiming to upgrade license. So far, my choices are Bajaj Pulsar, CBR 150 or Honda Wave. Yourself?

Someone recommend cbr150 to me.. But I like the r125. Though it's ex.. I'll think again when I'm about to get license. Haha.

Friday 0830. Dont give up. I went for pract 2 4 times. Just remember check blindspot AFTER signalling. Not before.

regarding the newspaper reports, both my parents showed me the newspaper lol. i've been riding on bike since young so no problem with that. my mum only feels that it's too dangerous.

 

actually male or females, it's still the same. maybe girls are prone to slower reaction and not-so-good in mechanical handling. but don't go too slow on expressways. it is easier to dodge if you are traveling at a higher speed. of course, tailgating is a different thing.

 

btw both the accidents happened in wee hours, before 6am. make sure you dont go have a girls night out on your bikes. it's like, don't drink and drive, if you don't drive to drink. lol makes sense right.
