Problem with Super Four Vtec3

Bought a 2nd hand super four two week ago, for two days in a row my engine stalled when i dropped to neutral gear at traffice light. then got problem starting the engine. Can someone tell me wats the problem with the bike? the spark plugs are new.. isit because of rain (been raining at night), battery or other problems..?
