Ye' all got this problem or not:

The clutch lever is macam like a hand-grip exerciser. I think after one month using the bike, especially if tiam tiam kena traffic jam, the left hand will be strong enough to break a leg or two. Unlike brake lever, there is no screw (or what you call that thing) to adjust the clutch lever tension. Bike shop recommend change to other Honda levers which are slightly longer and can screw the tension..Anybody got done that? Good or not?

Thanks..

You can always change it to a pair with tension screws.

Guys,

was wondering something.. does your plug get wet till the very top of the screw part??

Just change my plug due to wet plug... wondering issit because of any problem from my engines... please advise

are you saying up to the plug caps? or the screw thread that goes into the block??

Cos the 2nd one would definitely have some oil stains...and the colour and thickness of the stains tell somethng...somtiems engine oil too much. BUT if its up to the plug cap and its wet...mayb you could recheck again.mayb plug cap leak? Do update .:thumb:

hi SpEr,

it's ur camp gasket's minor leaking or the air/fuel mixture too rich.

common n minor plm. changing of gasket will cost less than Sgd30, re-adjust the mixture will depend on the work shop's fee.

hi cbkooky,

nice to see u here..

if it's not the cam cover leaking the engine oil will tend to vapourise as u ride thru-out longer service intervals....

new bike also will have the same plm during long hual rides..dont worry. the oil level will drop rapidly if the piston ring n piston r worn, common syntom is white smoke occured from the pipe.

will u be joining us for the meet up next week..?

Hi Simon...

Meeting next week...?

Where and when will that be...?

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

Good Points: better handling, shorter in length, lighter.

Bad Points:Smaller compartment. More expensive, when dismantling more troublesome.

uhh.... Don't think so unless they have a Gold Wing and compared it with STX. Bikers whom switch from ST11 to STX has found that the compartment is bigger. Current ST11, when you put your FF helmet, you have to make sure it's alignment with the box, if not, you can't close it. As for STX, put it in, and close. No worries about alignment.

Coincidentally, I also know 2 STX riders
