just spent 2 hours fixing H7 hid kit onto my bike.. but damn sianz cause the rubber cover cannot put back due to the hid..

 

also the H4 hid kit that i imported, there's a wire missing... fxxk! can only use one side now.. and it looks damn weird...

 

tml gonna try fixing my alarm..

you bought 1 pair of h4 and 1 pair of h7?

yup... but h7 i buy 12000k instead of 4300k. 12000k is more bluish than white..

wah.. 12000k is very blue turning purple lo.. closest to natural would be 6000k.. 4300k colour quite sian..

bro, paiseh i was in KL + Genting trip! jus came back! damm song and shiok! :D

now counting down for my Hatyai Songkran trip! :lol:

 

anyway, answering ur sms, to reach to the headlights, you need not remove the dashboard fairing...

but if u remove it, it will be much easy to be accessible... ;)

 

oh... u got 12000k? wa lao! i think we better siam away from you from the front liao cus it's damm blueish and glaring... :cool:

if u didn't install eye lids like mine, it would be super glaring... :cool:

btw, 8000k is quite blueish liao... 6000k is the best kelvin that i ever seen... :p

 

also, if u need some help in the wirings for ur HID or alarm, i might be able to help u... might only ah... :p

bro you are back! how's your trip? i need your help to relocate my horns, currently using stebel. but i think i want to change to the hella disc type which i already bought, put it below the top fairing, in between the forks. you know how?

possibly connect my topbox light as well.

ask me along also leh! hmm cause ah the hid i bought right.. there's a Wire Relay Harness that requires to connect to the battery.. it's too troublesome liao.. normally the hid kit can just connect to the relay... so i'm having a hard time now because the wirings are different.. sigh..

 

anyway on friday i met with an accident... there's a bloody cab reverse without checking .. then kena my front.. the casing that is protecting the headlight now popping out.. headlight the lens kena defaced.. my bike parked there stationary he also cannot see.. ccb!

then did you manage to claim insurance? if you claiming and getting new headlights, let me know ah! i want the right headlight lens if its in good condition.. lol..

Charles~~ just curious, what time will you be setting off on this Fri or Sat and which hotel will you be staying at?

I don't blame people who doesn't show courtesy, they just didn't get taught on how to do so.

private settle liao.. he gave me $300 for my bike.. the headlights caused me $250 without installation.. i'm thinking should i just get a headlight protector to cover up the ugly scratch or should i just changed the whole headlight...

yah just called up hongleong to check.. $250 is before gst, labour.. i think everything adds up about 300++

yeah.. scary price.. if the damage isnt that bad then dont change lor.. you get $300 not even enough to cover..

yah not planning to change at the moment but the lens cover .. the top part of the headlight is jetting out slightly.. i see liao a bit sianz.. maybe when i go for oil change that time go ask HL see whether they can do anything to it..

from what I know not ex la..

with reflectors not meant for hid your light throw will still be everywhere.. best is still have proper projectors.. hehe..
