Where to get this particular left-hand saddle?

I would appreciate help in locating this particular type of saddle bag? Any physical shop in sg or online store selling this bag?

 

I don't know what it is called specifically, and couldn't find bags of this sort with the search function. It's only mounted only on one-side (left-side).
