Evo RS 959 vs RS 747

Hello everyone, happy CNY to all.

 

Anyway I'm curious, I'll like to know what's the difference between the Evo RS 959 and RS 747 being sold at Ah Boy now.

 

I've been looking through pictures, but I can't any obvious difference other than the air vents to make the RS 747 price much higher than the RS 959.

 

Hope someone can clarify this! Interested to know.

I tink the main difference is the inner cushion and the extra "Air Wing" at the back of the helmet.

 

747 inner cushion seems to be more comfy and higher grade from the looks of it.

I have totally no idea. Actually, does anyone know where the Evo brand came from? Like country of manufacture?

bought rs959 at ah boy at 100 bucks, white ltd edition, of coz mus bargain lo somemore i buying 2 helmets.(the other helmet nt 959)

 

advice is not worth spending so much on an open face helmet.regret alr but no choice.

some shop sellig around $30 helmet is good enuff. cheap n good!

Yes you can bargain until about that price. I think if you can bargain well, the 959 can be gotten at $60.

 

I agree. The maximum I will spend on a open face is $100. It's not that I'm stingy cause I really don't mind spending on FF helmets. But I just feel that open face helmets are just to placate the authorities, the lack of a chin protection is reason enough for me to avoid them. But of course on a hot day, no choice ah I cannot take wearing FF sometimes.

Rs747 is replica of arai mz . Ok la. For me 959 the visor mechanism easily lossen

i have both rs959 and rs747. getting another rs747 cus e cushion is really very comfortable compared to rs959.
