Hey Guys!

 

R u guys free this friday evening (18th December 2009)?

Wanna pass the "saman" to u guys lah!! hahaha... :angel:

 

Most probably change of venue lah...

 

How about our old hangout Kim Keat kopitiam ard 10pm?

Move off at 6.30am

storm the house , seduce the gal kidnap the bride

Guys, did some servicing to my bike. below are what I did and the prices. For your info. All are done locally.

 

TDM 900 service:

1. Rear brake caliper screws - $5 x 2 = $10

2. Fork Oil Seal & Dust Cover (2 Set) = $44

3. Oil Filter (Original Yamaha) = $15

4. Yuasa Battery (Japan) = $90

5. Front Brake Pad - $35 x 2 = $70

6. Service Forks = $60

7. Change Engine Oil (Maxima Extra 4 Bottles)= $84

8. Rebuild Rear Shocks = $107:thumb:

9. Air Horn = $25

 

Lastly went to Snow Wash bike @ $8.

 

Now must rest my pockets already. :cry:Hahaha

battery also good price.. 90$ dry cell ? i bought original battery for 170 $ :sian:

Busy ah bro. Just finish this semester exams. Work now doing 3 projects at the same time......:sian:

 

Just sharing mah in case any guys here also need to do servicing.

 

Did the shocks servicing at Sporting Motors @ Autobay Kaki Bukit. Meng Tong was the one who did it. Take out the shocks, dismantle everything, clean, sand down any rough part, change the oil, change the oil seals, charge up the gas. I know cheap right...... Thats why when Meng Tong say all that for $120 I quickly say OK GO! Because all other place I ask they say $250++. After finish he give discount somemore. $100, include GST become $107.

 

Wah you should see the shocks oil when he take out. Damn thick and yellow like pus like that.

 

I also got order Ohlins spring from them, when change the shocks will be harder and higher. About $90, shipment will come in 1 month plus. :thumb:

Not dry cell ah bro, use water one. Buy at Ah Boy. Yuasa brand. But made in Japan. Ask him for $80 he don give. Bribe me with helmet bag some more. Basket. Hahaha.

read abt a R1 modding tubro charged as well. very similar to this picture. but there is a lot of mod on the engine... not meant for weak heart
