Where did u guys buy ur fog lights ? Is it from Limbat ? How much does it cost ? Mine busted oredi ! If I can get a pair at a decent price . . . will definately join u guys for e orgy session . Me need ur expertise to pimp up my ride . . . . hahaha !

i am not sure about Leong, Limbat got decent stuff,

LED ones for 300$, or projector light for 50$ per pair.

 

i will get some cables, fuse, crocodile clips.

and we have ISO9002 certified electrical engineer (Leong).

 

he wants to do the crack fairing, check your new bike if you want to do also.

Bro, if you want can get the Hella Micro FF at a good rate... Cos next month the price going ups ups and away...

I'm not doing any foglamps. But I need to rewire the headlamp. Now it's one-eye jack and highbeam is the other lamp but it's white bulb, which is LPPL. Prefer original configuration. Low beam both, high beam both. Maybe upgrade the bulbs to brighter ones.

I will dropby Limbat by this week cos very near my werk plc . If can't find e ones I like . . . will settle wif the hella micro ff .

 

Need to familiarize wif e ride 1st . . . . Hahaha !

Did the twin headlight thingy b4 but when I go over rev . . . one of e bulbs will surely blow ! Happened abt 4 times n finally revert to stock . Maybe e person who did e wirings cock up big time . . . maybe Glen is able to assist u in this cos he DIY it on his fazer b4 .

I'm also looking into this mod since I got the bike... But after looking ard leads to nowhere... If you have any means kindly let me know too, DIY not an issue...

Our TDM wiring is different from Fazer... Hah-yahhh... Sianz...

To me, since i dont go touring, what i need is a pair of decent lighting so that others can see me!! Esp the highbeaming... now it's of little use as only the white bulb side will lit and it's not HID so it aint bright at all.

 

Most prefer to go back stock config. If ever i have chance to go touring, i reckon a pair of good spot lamps would do better than to mess around with stock headlamps.

TDM stock lamp is quite decent for H7 bulbs.

 

it's not the bike, must be the aging rider's eyes cant see in dark with tinted visor bah :angel:

Love the mods on the bike in the 2nd link! The fairings looks awesome!! Very tactical look.

 

I wonder if it's possible to mod our stock headlamp into projector lamps. Reckon it'll be very cool!

Err.... I suppose the tinted visor got something to do with me having some difficulties seeing in the evening. But dusk time similar to dawn is the darkest (not bright enough to see & not dark enough for any lights to work properly). I might be a lau beng but still 20/20 vision hor!

Finally got your ride liao bro? Hahaha!! Let's do some riding soon! Msia touring might be difficult for me but maybe weekend go DIY & shop around should be ok. Weekday also can, just need to take leave. :)
