Lane splitting with AT bar is also np. Bar risers good, especially when you get older, its more ergonomical on your already stress fireman back.

Agree on the more upright sitting position with risers. Although personally it feels that the front is 'lighter' since you merely hold the handbars instead of pressing it down like on a sports bike.

Haha.. Thanks for the feedback and helpful advises.. :) think I shall go for the AT bars.. :thumb: A cheaper alternative compared to getting a scram bar plus risers..

Nothing goes too fast, only out of control

haha.. i asking where to get the handlebar.. cos i looking for a change of the stock one without the need of spending more to get risers.. if i get renthal or pro taper, i would need to spend on risers.. haha..

for me i personally love the feel of a scram handlebar so no problems for me on that part.. and it beats the feeling i get on the stock bars.. hahah..

so ure saying the AT bars can fit sweetly on our tdm? it wont get in the way of the windshield or stretch the cables out? no cons whatsoever?

Some loves wide bar feeling, some hate it...

If i am not wrong, AT bars no need risers per se although most of us who are on AT bars have risers. It's still wider than stock TDM's and you have to find the sweet spot position so the bars has enough clearance for the tank and windscreen (esp if u have aftermarket ones). With risers the cables will be stretched to the max but still functional. I adjusted mine previously when the bar was dismantled to access the ignition console and now its not at it's optimal position and there's a fair bit of freeplay on the throttle now.

Adjust it again, takes only a minutes... If you add another 2" riser that position will be even better... More upright, lesser stress on our "OLD" back...

The AT bar fits. You can see diameter of the bar from these photos. Hope this helps you envision it.

Agreed !!!

When its spread wider, gives a easier handling feel, just like scrambler... Only draw back is squeezing thru traffic, sometime might crash onto car side mirror, esp MPV and lorry...

Hi to all,

I have a small dent (5-6cm diameter) on the right side of my fuel tank which I only realized recently when I went for servicing. The cause of it is unknown and its tankbra is always on. Has anyone ever done a repair for such dents? What is the process like? Anyone care to advise? Is there a way to undent it without respray or damaging the current paintwork? Thanks.

most car paint shop should be able to do it... last time i heard only cost 30$ or so..
