Recently I've fix that problem by making some rocker look-a-like and weld onto the stand, which makes it easier to mount... Now effortless...

Thought u said the skiddy plate will be done by April.... Now middle of May liaoz. 27May some of us gg Gelang Patah trail leh.

Welcome.... Finally you laid your hands on a TDM. Anyway.....You gotten 3TripleFour's yellow TDM?

 

Fork oil leaking might only require replacing the fork seal but need to check if there sufficient oil inside. Just get a mechanic to check. It's a normal check and shouldnt be costly.

 

My steering is too light for my liking even after I tightened the steering cone. It might be the cone but it might be the tyre pressue. Also check if any of the cables are in the way.

I'm not sure whether is him cos I got it thru friend intro n not thru forum.

 

Definitely will sort out the stiff steering. Used to ride AT n the handling is quite nimble unlike this bike, I have to use bit of force to turn the handle. Pressure tire seems ok.

Bro Leong, you keen to get a second hand from eBay ?

 

Or you getting a NEW odometer from HL ?

 

Ask AM for the price of a new rear brake caliper, quoted $400+, 4~6 weeks... :{

Check the steering cone... it could be a case of worn bearings too.

Won't be hardcore unlike some areas in TM. Some gravel and sand. Heard its pretty open space.

 

Kmax is organising this and bunch of Super Teneres are going. I think AJ should be gg as well.

So I can order now or Leong have to fabricate 1st ? Why not use angelo's bike as a dummy bike ? His bike not going anywhere soon or shd I say a very long time 

But first u have to find a way to transport his bike over. Hahahaha

The mainstand pivoting leg/point are make bigger n rounder, so easier to rock/roll over... Effortless, just like rocking chair...

The next thing that I hate is the original stepping area/point. Often destroy/damage my slippers and working shoe. But not any more with this additional pad...

We meetup one of the weekend and design it together. What I plan to do is to to it with card board.

Sounds very interesting... but my road wheels will be a b!tch. and it will be a waste to get semi road considering the fact that the bike will be sold off.... dilemma hmmmm.....

 

True since u'll might have sold by then. But if u want, just get for the rear and cheapest is Shinko 705. Can get from Chong Aik (but install somewhere else).
