brudder james, I heard you have got new lasers pipes on your TDM...wow...how have wilson been treating you these days? still go out with him for lunch?

btw, the yoshi pipe on ur bike seems to higher than normal.. issit?

 

and those tyres look cool.. wat the diff between those n the normal street tyres? care to share the damage?

 

btw, i went to NTUC income to renew my insurance and i asked for a quote..

1st party for the TDM9 - 4K siak.. how come so high man.. im 23 btw.

yup...my yoshi is slightly higher than normal...will install it back in a while...using back the stock pipe felt my bike like ST1100...so quiet...no umph....

 

the tyres i am still testing for now...wont give much comment yet...but i would say it would definately give a good grip...i've seen some friends on GS using this Tourance and corner like there is no tomorow...

 

if anyone want to fit new tyres,i would recommend Power Wheels...located at Tamp industrial estate...cheap,fast and good service...:thumb:

dude...about the trip...i am worried bout you...

 

 

bcoz you pampered your bike soo much...you wouldnt even ride her if it rains...

now...this trip...as i;ve seen in their photo links,there would be a little off-rd...off-rd in terms of off the tarmac....so bike definately be dirty...and besides,riding NSH in this season,it is so unpredictable....it could rain any time...on the way back from fraser 3 weeks ago,i have gone thru a washing machine....:sweat: ...rain....dry...hot sun...then rain again....the dry....then rain....so,our luck it like a potato....you can't expect the best...

 

 

but they always say,thats where the adventure begins...khekhkehe....:sorry:

Ur front tyre u never change ah? Damn bloody hard to get the front 18 inch semi off road type of tyres... How much they charge for ur tourance? Looks like Take how, U and me using semi off road tyres... can't wait to try it tis coming trip... jus tat afraid my front will slip bcos using road tyres.

 

 

 

Anybody bring any spare stuff for tis trip? Im bringing spare frt and rear tubes and also the air pump..

and yes the route to Gunung Belumut is a minefield area...unless u want to feel how it feels like riding on sh*t...else try to avoid it... :giddy:

my tyre cost $200 add another 10 bux for the adapter for pumping air...free balancing...by the way...they quote ur tyre for as little as $175 or $185...:faint:

Yah.. i know they quote me for the anakee cheaper than hkl... damn... wat to do, its all fated :cry: ...Sunday no workshop open so lan-lan.. sure kena ketuk... :faint:

 

Wat makes u decide to change to tourance than anakee? Anakee cheaper mah n the thread marks more garang..

tourance 150 profile...anakee 140...and i have a bad experience with michelin...used to ride a brand new AT back in 2000 with stock michelin....kena flat bcoz of kena nails and such...in 1 yr....i thk 4 times got....once i changed to bridgestone trailwing,so far the next 1yr,no flat tyre...:thumb:

 

Al-simmon...if boon and firestorm going...it would 4 TDMer representing the whole of Sgp TDMer....saaaaaaapp.....like so patriotic like tat...take how not able to join mission as got curfew for the time being...:faint:
