oh, so u wan see pple ride ar??? i also nv realise tat youtube can't even find those video... anyway, if u planning to change to class 2A bike or class 2 bike, i suggest u better don buy such a expensive bike la, later upgrade to 2A den wanna change bike... get a sp or krr if u like sports bikes..

haha .. no la i just wanna see wats in store for the new yamaha r125 .. the first impression i got from looking at the bike was 'SEXY', undeniable its a good looking bike and its a 4s enviromental friendly ... to this point thats all we can say bout tis bike as we have nv heard the exhaust note nor the bike power .. haha.. but i think that power is nt the main point of this bike its more about the looks and sexy-ness .. denfinate would attratct new rider..if the price would b lower!!!

a 4-stroke 125cc engine is really not too promising. min should have a 200cc engine.

and yea i think singapore's likely to welcome the 4 stroke bike..its not a 2b bike which can chiong till 200km/h in short time ma...so i dont think itll fail or anything

By the way, I'd say that in this world where countries strive to be (quote, unquote) "environmentally friendly," a 2-stroke bike suffers higher levels of scrutiny than a 4-stroke bike when they're being fed into the market.

 

It's obvious because (1) of the sound and (2) of the emission levels that 2-strokers provide.

i agree,some more if that guy said that this is a track bike...i wonder why the hell sg allows R6,R1,gsx and so forth which can be use as track bike in singapore..

Being 4-stroke doesn't mean it'll pass... majority of cars are also running 4-strokes but they can still fail the emissions test. In Sg, we are mainly concerned about CO and HC, even though CO2, O2 and other gases may also be tested. It all depends on what's in the exhaust gases given out... just for your info.

actually its already been revealed in yamaha europe webbie...just that the price is not stated..so i assume its not yet in the market

Passing emission test in sg not a concern, they are much more strict in Europe, some manufacturers already aiming for Euro 4....this is not built as a track bike...all sport bikes and some fast tourers can race round a track, but they are def built as every day all rounders, much like any of the Japanese thous...they are not only for the racetracks as is evident by the number of people around the world (not just sg) who have never scrubbed their tyres around a racetrack....
