oh, yup. but the robe looks funny/weird on me. haha.. n i just realise on that day that the place is just beside mah pte ltd..

 

oh.. or mayb u can borrow it n promise to return them after u claim ur deposit back? i actually shared wif my friend whose timeslot is on a different day. haha, at least can save a bit of $$

haha.. no la..

 

i will explain what me and my friend planned..

 

first, i went to the place and rent the robe, which cost $76.25, after GST n $50 deposit.

 

i will then go for my graduation on the 23rd, happily taking my diploma cert and taking photos with the robe. haha.. then, after my graduation ceremony, i will pass it to my fren, whose timeslot is on the next day. at the same time he will give me $62.50 ($25/2person + $50deposit) .. haha.. oh, i will also pass him the receipt and the authorisation form which i will sign so that he can return the robe on my behalf. the form can be found in the SP graduation website.

 

therefore, i will get my $50 deposit back, which is in the $62.50 my fren gave me.. so after my friend finished his ceremony, he will return the robe back, with the receipt and the authorisation form, and get back the $50 deposit..

 

haha.. too much info ;p and we did all these to save what.. erm..... $12.50.. lol.. then again, that amt is 10days of petrol for mine

from this coming graduation, all future graduation ceremony have to wear proper Graduation gown. Either u buy or rent.
