Can't help much this way...have to see your bike first. I'm a PB1 lover :cheeky:

 

Don't just "service"..unless it comes package that they would change spark plug, motor oil and oil filter plus air filter cleaning.

 

Which year model of PB1 is it?

Bouy_Siew leh...the CBF600..look like a Shoot_Chik_Kee GSR 400 with a bad hump back, exhaust like kana kurb how many times and the headlamp like kana pressed against a wall like that...but the HP siok lah :angel:

Tunning is tunning and wash carb is carb wash..yes..don't open the carbs...tunning don't need to open carbs. Liquid engineering to wash the carbs first unless there parts that's hardware that is damaged due to wear and tear. For 11 years...my PB1 opeb carbs only to take out a tissue residue that blocks my jets..carelessy dropped a small fragment of tissue into tank while cleaning the petrol cover lid...sighhh. Tunning?...don't remember i ever did that...LOL! :angel:

Btw, what's the price range of the olins suspension you're looking at. I'm interested but has limited budget.

 

Was told that they have two models..one standard high performance at $1100 and the other very high end with easy adjust features at $1.6K.

 

Not too worry lah...just want to ask_asked and negotiate if there is justifable amount that warrants a good quabtity buy.:angel:

buy from forum...$1.9k coe till 2017

so even though is a old bike, i juz need to change oil filter, spark plugs,eo etc??

carb washing no need?

n where is a gd bike shop tat u service ur bike?

Wah...very cheap leh..the ones I saw around were selling $4.2K..COE abou the same.

 

Didn't u asked previous owner when he last did servicing?..or spark plugs changed?:cool:

cos tat seller say he buy 7 mths ago oso nv wash carb...

exterior look quite dirty ...but engine-wise still quite gd....

those radiators, brake pumps coolant need to change??

Ah Pek, the green oil's working for me... first full tank (for my Yamaha X1 110cc) increase the FC by 2.31km/lit, then the next tank 4.18km/lit (on top of the 2.31 increase, so total increase of 6.49km/lit)... I believe its because of the oil, coz my riding style is the same (IMHO)... And God knows best!

WOW!!!:cheeky: ..that's good news mannn!..you beat one of the guys who uses it on his Honda Night Hawk 250cc. His first tank was 1.8 followed by 2.4km/ltr. I'm glad for you that its worth your investment.

 

Btw...to those that have tried the green oil...once you reach the maxs in fuel saving...you can stop useing it as the carbs, valve and combustion chmber is already cleana nddoing good at it best..use it again when fc falls below your expectation specs. :thumb: ...safe on Green Oil...:angel:
