Bro, that Hua Chin u were talking about is at the bottom level or at the 2nd level?

 

Last Sunday i can't start my bike and when i push start its started but once i clutch-in the engine seize again... No choice so i push my bike to that motor shop at Bakit batok... Dunno whether are we talking about the same shop.

 

I got my battery ($85) and rectifier ($85) replaced there... And that is the only shop open on sunday there... The shop i went to is at the 2nd level...

Hi guys, I'm currently riding 10 y.o.Ver S. Need some advice with my bike.

 

1) When riding on open flat rd, sometimes handlebar will vibrate vigorously if only using 1 hand (when i scratch myself). Does tt mean something wrong with my steering cone/head bearings (dunno wat its called sorry)?

 

2) My idling is less than 1k rpm, then when fully warm and i rev a bit (3-4k) the engine will die. wat's the problem?

 

3) Bike is 10 y.o. so wat maintenance would u recommend e.g. coolant flush? change brake fluid? so far i change my EO every 5km and i've been riding this bike for 1yr, nothing else done.

Ans: Could be anything but its a upfront problem. For cone bearing and wheel axle bearings trouble shooting..been discussed many times before. Plse check posting under me or go to the sticky notes as you can find how to trouble shoot. As long as your bike have not hand a fall before, the problem should be a wear and tear one. Check your tyres for uneven wear and oso the pressure.

That's too low..adjust the idling knob..above in mid carburetors...clockwise increase rpm..anti-clockwise..reduce. Set to 1.5k rpm at least..oso check your air filter if its clean and fuel mixtures cleanser (Liquid Moly valves cleaner) and additives helps (green oil).

Next eo, use 20/50W..if can't find, use 10/30 or 40W but add in a tin os STP for every 4 or 5 litres eo (makes vicosity thicker) and add X-1R (metal conditioner and friction eliminator) in it. If bike no grounding..do it.

Couple of days ago when i was traveling from CTE towards Woodlands, just when i was switching from 2nd lane to 1st lane, there was a CB400 which was traveling relatively fast. I was rushing home to pack my clothes because i got activate from my camp in Clementi. I never disturb this guy and wasn't even close to him when i was traveling at my own desired speed and suddenly the rider just sped so close beside me and passed me towards Woodlands, i showed him a middle finger (first time i ever did to a motorcyclist in my life) behind him when he passed me and the other slower riders beside me.

 

Whoever you are, i'm sure you are living in Woodlands and your overtaking moves are not funny at all And if you are reading this, i've got something for you bro..I never offended you on the road, and if you think your bike is so powerful, play with someone the same size as you.

 

For your info guys, it's a blue colour version S super 4 with a box attached to it, i did not take the plate number cos his bike was "too" fast. Some people can be so *ucking annoying on the road causing danger to other lives.

I also dislike this kinda behaviour on the road. Purposely making riding more dangerous. But I experience this with malaysia cubs more often..

how abt if u change ur condenser to local one?...means like made in china or taiwan......tendency ur signal light blink faster....

 

or u take out one of ur signal light bulbs......surely ur signal light will blink much2 faster.....i dont know y this happens though but it do happen....maybe can change to a smaller bulb?....

Not sure why the standard blinking rate is not good enough for you..its supposed to be "designed factor" de facto standard. Well, I supposed you wanted the blink to look more aggressive...LOL!

 

Adviseable not to change the front indicator bulbs as it has twin filament for the pillar lightings. If you still dying to, just find a replacement with a lower wattage ones..again, they be only single filamnet and you won't have "pillar" lightings.

 

Condensor?..its sorta of a capacitor and have charge/discharge rate function. Value is in micro farad..the lower the faster but you have to go find one that is right. If you are willing to spend about $35 to $45, go to some of the auto accessories shop..they have a variable control unit that you can adjust to the speed you want. One of the brand I used to have for my car was call "Fizz"..made in Japan which cost me $65..yah, stupid...just to look aggressive..they oso screwed my signal buld life.

ya lah Ah Pek.. 'aggressive' is probably the most accurate word why i want to make it blink faster. Cos i see bikes with the signal light blink fast looks kinda cool.

 

hmm.. but after reading your explanation, seems like a bit troublesome and costly to get the faster blink blink. After buying the condenser still need to bring to shop to fix.

 

I will consider whether is it better to jus change to LED signal lights instead.
