Wow, your header and can very shining wow!!!!!!!!!! Good job......let see mine. I used to detest and hate any of my bikes having a box attached. However, of lately i was compelled to as frequently need bring many stuffs to and fro(work-home.)

Nice ride. The original stainless steel header of PB1 can shine anytime. It be great if you can do it especially goes damn well with white colour paint work like yours.

wah ahpek showing off ur bike eh..but cant be denied..it looks sweet..anyway, i found out that the EO leak that i was telling u about wasnt from my gear shaft seal. it was from the water pump which was leaking..so sad..

In this case. is your coolant contaminated with eo? Should be because the pump would push the coolant mixed eo to the reserve tank.

This is the first encounter of your case for me..that's coolant pump leaking out engine oil instead of cooland...I'm stll "?" :giddy: If this is true, it means that the crankcase wall between the coolant water jacket and you eo has cracked internal. Sion mannn!...so how, what the mech say?..change crank casing? :faint:

If you can make it this Sunday, let me have a look at the coke exhaust problem. Are you using local fuel or over causeway?

I won't be answering anymore of your questions as you have one too many and comes in bits and pieces and just too much for me to tabulate things repeatably here..but it be great to to meet you this coming Sundays at AMK AVe 10 Teck Ghee Square Blk 409. I'm sure you have all your answers you need to all your questions and the others that are there too would luv to share their good and bad experiences about their experiences.

SORRY SORRY AH PEK bro.. :slapforehead: here is the link of that post --> "http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5228187&highlight=greenoil#post5228187".. haiz.. but dun worry.. i finally managed to find yr post.. hehehe

" It's a Fuel reformulator made from plant quintessence (an unique formula of natural vegetable Esters) and when mixed with fuel, it immediately changes normal fuel and make it more efficient for optimal performance.

Selling everywhere now but careful of fakes..prices elsewhere at $6 per bottle while mine is only $5. One 60ml bottletreates up to three S4 full tank of fuel (10ml to 10 litres) and the longer you use, the better the result like improve power and performance, mileage, torque, increase engine life, better fc..etc.

The above is only one factor that makes your ride better, other are other strong recommendation that is a MUST HAVE like CLS Bonding and X-1R (plse go to non Vtec thread and check post under Ah Pek).

Rest else..its all electrical improvement like grounding and EPS charge booster. It all adds up to a 'new bkie' performance and reliability.

Am in AMK Ave 10...opposite Teck Ghee." (BY AH PEK BRO..)

that's the one rite? erm.. bro.. about meeting you... i stay in Jurong leii bro.. somemore i'm a noob rider.. going to collect my super4 in a few day.. pity me la bro.. haha.. but i really hope to go for yr "kopi sessions" when i get used to the bike.. by the way bro.. are u an automotive engineer or something? u really know so much about bikes.... :D

Chiong Aik (Desker rd)..Ever Success (Jln Lumut - Desker area)..FJT (Rowell rd)..all near by each other..asked for price first..then go LAB. If Ah Boy (LAB) don't have stock..asked him to get for you from the other 3...you still can get cheaper. Iff you want 2nd..can try Kim keat at Auto Point in AMK Industrial Park 2 (I think)..two shop away from Seng Kwang. Search advertiser here for their actually address.

hi guys, when mounting on top of the bike.

to the left near the top block of the engine, there's a switch that adjusts the idling rpm of the bike.

may i know where is the switch for the reserve tank? :D

Regards,

kifakw

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

ah pek, no leh my coolant looks as normal purple. the mech changed the pump. and i noticed for a few days now that theres no longer a leak. i was also confused at first. the mech said the thing can leak at 2 places. the gear shaft and the pump. the gear shaft being more common. he opened and show me the gear shaft thing and yep it wasnt leaking. anyway, if its true that my crankcase has to be changed, how much would it roughly cost? i dont wanna kena heart attack when i know the price.

oh..ok..then its the two seal (one for coolant and one for eo) inside the pump unit..nit the crankcase. Thanks for your info.

will update u on the x1-r 'feel' soon

Most welcome..small matter . Forgot to tell you to bring along a spare clutch cable just in case. Also its good that you can find a 2nd hand spare CDI and rectifier for your next planned long distance trip.

In the meantime, come this weekend, have a safe trip and enjoy your ride:cheeky:
