For a start..there is no such thing as "Current Simulator"..self explanatory..how can one simulate current..flight simulatore got lah...LOL! Anyway, it's his own terms of words..LOL!

 

Things like Power Abuser, Revtec..and whatever, they call it "voltage stablizer" or whatever. In truth, these are suppose to be CCA (Cold Current Apmpheres) booster unit. Booster is just a choice of words..but to describe what it does is more accurate. What it does is that it aids the battery or rather 'assist' in provison for your bike electrical load thus taking the task of electrical laod for the bike function requirement. It does off load the battery task (after all the battery is only to start your bike) and rectified dc for the bike needs.Most important, they provide good consistant voltage requirement to your iginition coils for the step-up voltage for the sparkplug firing gap.

 

 

How it works..basically, this unit consist of hi quality charge holding capacitor and provide the same constant as that of a fully charge battery but with better dischage and charge rate of a battery. Get the good ones..brand name is EPS (Efficient Power System). Interested..PM me..got a second hand one that is hardly use for 2 months.

Actually what revtec, power abuser, EPS system does is the same thing as explain by ah pek..

 

Only that diff brands have diff systems in their products which may product diff results.. So you have to ask users themselves..

 

Cos currently i'm using PA and it really did improve low and mid end power and i mean IMPROVE!!! But the draw back is no engine brake.. It acts like a super charger in cars remove the engine braking part.. haha.

 

I have no idea about the other products so i don't dare to comment.. You might wanna ask hanxx (using revtech) or ah pek (using EPS) about their feeling.. The most common thing about CCA (cold cranking ampere) is that they will improve low and mid end torque (very obvious after installing), lengthen batt live span (this one not too sure). Improvements to low and mid end torque is due to the fact that the product also acts like an add on battery and power is like almost double to the spark plugs which gives better combustion but the fact of your bike being faster is true.

Haha no no that one not me.. I think is cos i was asking ah pek about green oil or some other products then commenting on likeliness of class2 bikes.. For me now is juz to settle my coolant probs which haven been occuring quite frequently in older bikes..

 

For me as longs as the bike is powerful, can cut cars, jump at red light stops can le.. haha.. Now been wanting to get exhauts systems but then also i think stock systems works well enough.. hahaha..

 

But overall, i think s4 is really really a very versatile bike.. Been using it for my own business travelling around SG and it works fine.. Only that it almost give me well done on my balls.

Not easy to change the rim size, if you take other bike's rim and try to mount on super four, like Ah Pek said, if won't fit. Unless can buy after market rim in different size that specially design for super four, but that may cost you $2000.

Ah Pek, finally the pcs are up.

 

Left clutch perch

The switch system to be mounted on the left clutch perch via a stainless steel L-bracket.($4.90/4pcs)

 

Stainless Steel L-bracket

The L-bracket that I used have to enlarge the hole on one side and then bend 90 degrees to fit into the clutch perch clamp bolt. The other side have to make a bigger hole to allow fitting into the mirror mount. Then cut-off excess. (Which I have not done)

 

Switch Box

The switch box used in the picture is my self made earphone amp. A similar box (preferably slightly smaller) can be used. Can be plastic or metal.

 

This is my idea of a switch box Ah Pek. From the switch box can connect direct to fuse box (if available) and then to the accessories. The electrical part I not so expert. Maybe Ah Pek can improve on my idea.

hey people, i was wondering for older bikes like version s and pb 1, what are the certain wear and tear problems we should look out for, major or minor problems?

 

And i was wondering, how to know if coolant leak is it because of cracked block, or cracked gasket?

There are many types of coolant system leakage product and some is not compatible with some coolant. Block only if use too much especially the liquid powdery type..careful! Just fixed another one on Thursday nice..successfully.

but ah pek mentioned average kind will be good enough..

guess i need to top up my fork oil also,too soft already.
