ya, saw the uncle use this one bottle of radiator sealant like that, i see made in germany, haha... He just pour inside my radiator.. Not 100% confirm work, but he say can try first, so far so good no leaking for now... And Ah Pek, i managed to solve the idling prob by chance, its actually my battery going weak, halfway through my journey at red light suddenly bike feel like dying, so i go bike shop, there swee2 battery flat, checked n its batt flat plus rectifier spoilt, rectifier $75, bat $65 after discount $130, dunno kena chop or not... Thanks 4 ur advice Ah Pek, maybe i can try out ur EPS device, looking for more smoother ride..:)..

The price is ok..about the same..good uncle man there you met :0)

If you can afford it next time..get the dry cell MF (Maintenance Free) from Yusa for S4 from Japan. It cost about $180 - $190 (Boon Siew selling $220)...but it last minimum 4 years without problem and provide very steady current load and stable voltage. Material inside battry is of highest quality. Te $65 and $75 one last about a year..if lucky, may be 1.5 year. If you do some maths..$65 x 4 years is more expensive and you get battery problems like you had.

Be careful..I have learned that your case..from the sympton as you explained before MAY NOT BE your meter at fault..it can be a BAD CARBS issue. Before parting away with the $300 and get disappointed that the problem still there..if at all possible, get a friend to help swop meter just to trouble shoot...unless you can get another set of carbs. I skip all the theory about as to why a bad carb assembly can caused this.:sian:

If I were you..go solve your coolant leakage problem first..btw...can't do your block leak anymore..someone had taken the combined mixture last night.

Just any motobike shop sure have but opt for Denso preferably..just my personal preference. Normal standard will do at about $8 to $10 a piece. Forget about LAB Iridiumn at $15 a piece...don't think they are Japan direct thru Denso Singapore. Original cost about $80+ to $95. Anyway, with my grounding and eo, you don't need Iridiumn plugs..does make your bike any smoother or faster. I'm using "Nology" plugs now, best in the world with silver electrode core at $128...oso no added performance. Looks like our setup hit the maxs:angel:..but of course I have two EPS unit lah...:thumb:

haha thanks ah pek.

anyway, free this weekend to guide me for changing of spark plugs?

You never mentioned where the leak is coming from. It could be from the overflowtube under the bike from your coolant reserve tank..that is normal and normal only when you top too full as it boils.

If your level is correct and it still happened thru the overflow tube, its time you have your coolant flow system check. A stuck unopen or partially working thermostat can cause tapped coolant in the engine block wate jacket to be over heat. Also some mototiam would add tap water instead of deionised water (pure or distilled) in your coolant system..thus causes rust in radiator to formulate and be stuck along the hot ticky rubber hose internal surface...resulting in constricted volume flow of coolant that suppose to carry away the heat. Shrinkage in hose flow diameter gives you slower flow rate and lessvolume of coolant flow.

If leaks comes from the mid block left or right hole..either have the block replace ($700+) or take your chance at 1/8 the price with sealant. Becareful though that some some can repace your block for less than $400..but in fact they don't..respray and touch up and use sealant..hoping that you don't have to come back..that's what I found out.:sian:

Jilat leh...better rectify the problem before it gets worst..the crack will split further. Can do it for you..takes awhile lah..tank have to come off..certain radiator hose remove, system rinse and top up with the mixture. Pm me if you want me to do it. You have to decide to take chances or have the block replaced. So far..5 out of 6 had success.

Heh Ianie...careful though. If it leaks..level will have to drop and if your coolant reserve tank doesn't indicate...I hope the path back yo your reserve tank is not block too. Here what I mean is that radiator coolant and those from your block water jacket is not going back to the reserve tank. I strongly suggest that after a long ride...check your coolant reserve tank and dig your finger in and see if its hot..it should be.

It just does not make sense that coolant is leaking out and reserve tank level never change...looks like your engine block gonna dry out soon..LOL! Anyway..you can always take off thetank and top up from the radiator opening lah...LOL!

I call it being "smart". Even you get back to them after a few months, no harm really replacing for you this time with a real 2nd block..may be at another $400 and they say I give you another block.

The first $400 + 2nd $400 already $800. But the first move is more lucrative for them...if you don't come back..the profit margin is really good for them..at least $300+ ;^)

A sucker is born every sec and that's what Ah Pek is herefor....Ha....x3!

"u r the source or u can get special price for us here? "

You can considered me your source and of course I can get for you. Its a controlled price markt item. I'm only interested in company and ppl who knows the product they are representing or selling..especially how it works and why it works.

"cos no info on wat u selling then u say can not do mass order, not doing promoting, not sale man... also still waiting for your call. Best if u can put pics, at least everyone here know how it look like rite."

Did I say I'm selling? Like I say earlier as a reply to your earlier post, if your company is interested and for business intent not asa use end, I can help out..not selling. There are a lot of EPS user out there now thru me..they get better than of the shelf price thru me that's all. Ifyou are interested, I can always arrange that.

"then u say can not do mass order, not doing promoting, not sale man... also still waiting for your call."

Did I say "I cannot"?..I can if I want to but its not my preference for the moment..and why should I promote it here?...and does saying not a sale man for the product borther you..sound like you are making a claim on ppl's right. As far as calling you, I did not request or asked for your contact. I have put in simple english for your "relevent ppl..." to contact me. I would only response if you show your keen intrest thru pm..and you proceed from there.

i think the minimum guarantee for the product, have to be carry by a company is a kind of assurance to end-user. Like revtec, is a assurance, PA by us, raizin etc all represent by individual company where we know where to find them. EPS by who?? no pic no info, all verbal.

You need not worry about the details and such for now as your interest is only considered superficial. I am not into business like you ppl but I can undrstand the opportunity for you guys. I am here only to rcommend and share what is good for our S4 fellow riders.

In the meantime, I await your pm for any further discussion in details to seeeing the product arrangement in your compay interest into markting the EPS series for bikers here.

in that case, any pic? which shelf out there in the market i can view the product since no proper info here. Again, we are interested, have send u a pm for detail. waiting... anyone using EPS can post pic of the item pls :)
