Looks like my hard starting when my bike is hot problem is back.. Only after a few days changing to a new starter motor, i have the same problem again. Evrytime it happen i notice my voltage will drop till like 7-8v.. i read sumwhere on the net it might be due grounding issues but im not sure myself.. cant be batt coz i juz change to a ballistic batt.. Anyone experienced this problem before?? Hopefully u guys cud help me out with some suggestions.. thanks..

The wires coming from the Stator.... the connector to the rectifier might be the culprit...:)

cold can start, hot hard to start,

signs of burn coil/alternator

do u always kena traffic jam?
