Dont think there's a injector prob on busa but its quite difficult to answer ur question on the 99-00 busa.. All i can said is that it depends a lot on how the previous owner takecare and handle the bike iregradless of models/cc/brand.

I have a 99 (see pic) the only problem I had was the starter and starter clutch failed. but you can tell by the sound it makes (like scrapping a credit card on rough concrete sound, on top of the normal starter sound)

 

The Fi sys has many filters (4layers of protection) should be checked out as the pump can be damaged in the long run. (main fuel filter $40) new ones got fuel pump in the tank.

 

original subframe alloy, new ones welded steel. mine alloy no problem (i weight 95kg) so don't worry.

 

99 busa engines have a lot of rattles and tapping . if you own a honda you will be horrified. have a guy used to suzukis look before dismissing a bike. I thought my engine was near death but turns out it makes 162hp.

 

busa is a joy to ride but its not for every one, its not as fun as other sports bikes, if you start reving out the gears you'll find your self doing triple the posted limit before you know it.
