Eh......correction.........paiseh...........:sweat: What you have mentioned is actually BT56J tires. Which actually are semi-slick tires. Just like that of RS2 of metzeler or SC2 of Pirelli. Only difference between that set against Pirelli or Metzeler is it has more threads. Which makes the bike feel more gripping on wet.

 

For newer models of busas, they come with normal BT56R tires. Which are then those more for sport touring purpose. These tires do really measure 190mm unlike BT56J.

 

Personal opinion, BT56R tires are relatively good value for money. Good grip on both wet and dry. Careful when it's alomst 60% to 70% utilise. Seem like nowadays tires from them not as good as before.:cheer:

You will need some time to run in your tires first before you actually feel the difference they make. Probably it's new that's why you find them not so good.:smile: As for your offer, it's a good bargain but I'm too attached to my RS3 tires.:lovestruck:

for the first time in my 1yr5mths, i finally drop my busa when i got onto it. and damn! it's a hard drop, hard on my heart!

 

it just topple and now the engine oil is leaking from the left engine cover. darn it man. scratches on fairing and broken clutch lever as well. wonder how much it's going to cost me this time.................argh!
