Hi xx1x2x3xx don't mind I borrow your thread... My bike also leaking engine oil, hope to get some advise from the seniors here.

Just bought my RXK den I found out leaking... last week sent to mech and replaced the gaskets den after I wash bike le still leaking... any other possibilities than gaskets? If it's not cracked casing then I think the mech maybe didn't do a good job right?

u can slowly trace back..

maybe u can try the part where the exhaust connect to the engine..

touch it and see if the oil is sticky...

if it is, then its just 2T coming out of your exhaust...

can consider sending for decarbonising to burn off the excessive 2T stuck in yr exhaust pipe

Did you just do a EO change recently?

got to check if the oil is leaking from the oil release screw. The screw they normally release to let go the oil during oil change. My experience with one of the branded shops in Bt Merah was that they replaced the washer with a steel washer which didn't form a water-tight seal. It needs to be a paper washer or copper washer. Changing the washer means another round of EO change.

It is important to trace where the source of leak is.

Big brother's watching...

To do list:

- Steel brake hoses (In progress...)

- Rewire bike

- Repaint fairing and clean up bike

- Replace exhaust system (DONE!)
