under grace is not being under law; which is for the born again ... not for the unbelievers. there are boundaries which i do not cross over.

however there are unbelieving believers ... which display oxymoron characteristics; their worldly thinking will equate that "not being under law" is lawlessness.

 

Then better read the following again:

Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds, even upon their innermost thoughts {and} understanding, and engrave them upon their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

for me i choose to eat solid food, instead of drinking congee and listening to noise produced by a broken Sanyo radio

 

it seems you like to brew your own porridge and that is fine with me

 

i am just a satisfied beggar ... telling other hungry beggars where to find gourmet food

 

i dun find the "great commission" a law ... it is a delight to tell others about Jesus; when you are being filled with HIS love and it is not longer a chore

 

i went food tasting in major churches and many denominations for 3 years (2002 ~ 2005) before settling in the best church (in my opinion) in 2006

take for instance – asking funds from members to build church building.

 

One church that loves congee ... ask and machiam extorting money and even set a target even for the sick and jobless to give. Instigating their members to sell their bikes, cars, houses (soon to come ... one of their kidneys ) to give to that church.

 

The other church whom Jesus loves … set no target … says to their members: “give what God has impress in your heart to give” and if God did not give you any desire to give; pls keep you money … and that time we collected 19 million

 

i never seen any other church use biblical truths in such occasion before

it is no surprise as i am in the best church in this world

It is accountabililty. e.g. If i have to count the money in the offering bag, i will make sure someone else is with me. This is to prevent ppl from accusing me or the church, we have to be sure that we can account to the general public.....aka transparency?

 

You may not have a hidden agenda against your pillion, but can you be sure that the pillion dun have any agenda towards you? What if your pillion accuse you of molesting her? Remember, if biking is your ministry, then you all the more you have to be careful.

 

i am under Grace....but i am not trusting my own flesh. To put trust in flesh would be unwise.

 

I don't think PP would pillion any girls too. It is a rule in NCC that no leaders are allowed to ferry any female members home after a church meeting. This is for accountability.

 

PP is definitely a man of God. ... but still a man leh... I don't think he wants me to look up to him. PP taught me to look at Jesus instead of any person.

 

If your pillion accuse you of molest, you can counter by saying

Your only hope of pillion other females is if Nellie tells you to. That's the best case scenario for accountability too 'cos you were following orders and if anyone ask Nellie, she can vouch for you.

so question.... is our churches... building a citadel wall dat separates us from d world... d veri world of which d poor....d ppl which our Father loves deeply and has compassion of....

 

 

another tot.... my wife's fren...a couple...in their 50s.... poor and lowly educated... went to see a specialist for consulting on eye problem for d husband...... but d tone....d attitude... of d specialist doctor.... who refuses to explain too much on his condition.... and d doc seems too busy to reali attend to them....

 

how many of us know of such specialists...and even normal GPs....

 

how many times hv i wondered.... watever happen to Hippocratic Oaths...

 

now i can understand if one pursue material wealth....if one is a banker....a lawyer....etc.... but doctors... r suppose to save lives... of a noble heart....

if a person is earning thousands of dollars jus giving sermons, speech, talks... healing services etc....
