Turns out to be oil seal problem, again... :cheeky:

As for the rotating sound.. above 100km/h then have..

Could it be cause I sprayed lube into the rim bearing??

I just overhauled not long ago..

Piston ring was vibrating, and conrod giving way too...

now at least you know the problem.. LOL..

Piston ring = depends on when was the last change before you decided to change.. Personally - Piston/ ring - every 2 years. Because one of the mech used it for 6 years den jam.. one friend used it for 3 years jam.. I based on the "min" year i heard before it got jam..

conrod usually can last at least 10 years if ride properly.. if sack.. give it at least 6-8 years.. :)

Lastly, where you overhaul? Got tio chop bo?

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Please proceed to this website/web link if you guys have any technical issues on Kawasaki Kips/KR150, I'll update the 1st POST as and when there's a new question. Newbies questions on the top as well. :)

no professionalism??

need 1 supervisor to do job properly...

let me tell you story...

one day in a foreign country...i saw many telephone wires sticking out of a hole in the wall..

i call the maintenace engineer..why so messy?? request him to put it baCK PROPERLY into the wires enclosure box.

he replied cannot do...or tel cannot work propwrly..

then how? i suggested get a bigger box and cover the mess..

argh thatis good idea..

so the next day..he arranged for the work..

well..the engineer came with the supervisor, carpenter and 2 handy man..

so 5 people ...4 supervising a handy man fixing the bigger encolsure over thw existing mess of wire..

thats why we are still alive and ok in sg.

i love my ezzyoiler

Yeah uh..

Btw uh bro, my bike coughs at like every like 0.5k RPM , like as though the petrol running dry.. Starts from 3.5k RPM...

Then about riding under such conditions till around 2 days later, the bike starts to stall at below 3000rpm...

I brought it to a mech and he helped me adjusted the air intake on the carb, & it won't stall already ( for now )

Can't be valve jam right..?

Or is it exhaust too much carbon & jammed up everything?

wash carb and try? (alot of things need to trial and error)...

Let me share my person experiences..

I was touring (going to thailand), Bike cough at rpm 5 and above.. until it stall...

Change spark plug, worked for 2km, cough again..

Change CDI , Worded for 5km, cough again...

No choice, stop at any R&R point, dismantled everything to wash that carb (just wash 2 months ago).. Worked for the whole trip.. =.=''

Lucky I didn't throw my CDI away at the point. (super piss off)

Need to try and error.. No pro can tell u immediately.. but just based on our experiences.. :)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Just came back from repairing my kips in malaysia..

Turns out to be reed valve problem.. :(

Carb washed..

Reed Valve changed..

Exhaust decarbonized..

But now the bike is kinda "constant jerky" below 5k rpm..

Is this Normal?

Now another problem rose..

Start up, bike ride until around 4.5k rpm will start to accelerate itself more, until I throw clutch..

But after awhile of riding then okay le..

Still slightly bogging around 4.5k rpm..

Is it my carb?

Anyone?

Getting really tired of all these problems.. :(

Wow bro.. why you so many problems ones... felt sad for you...

Reed Valve = original? If yes, confirm?

Carb wash = did you witness they do everything swee swee for you? If yes, go back and kpkb and get free servicing of valve or carb..

Mostly- they will say, it's this spoilt and that spoilt.. den the cycle continue..

I personally think it's the carb.. they might not have wash properly and your line also might be rusty and jam.. Need to see la bro.. :)

*go planet for free check up* if you wan.. ;)
