1. Clam chowder pasta (ok, I cheated with Campbell's canned clam chowder soup)

2. Fried pasta (as opposed to using tomato, we use local flavorings like biryani spices, fried rice spices, etc)

3. Basic American breakfast and lunch set

4. Basic garden salad

5. General-purpose beef / chicken patties (handmade and frozen overnight)

5. My specialty: anything with tom yam (tom yam soup, tom yam noodle, tom yam macaroni, tom yam spaghetti, etc)

All self-learnt since my son was born and I didn't have the heart anymore to make my wife wake up earlier than me to prepare our breakfast and my lunchbox....

My eggs always explode in the microwave! I kinda sorta gave up.

When I cook egg in Maggie mee, I always stir the egg until all mixed up with the water then put in microwave~

fun topic! don't know about you folks but i like the preparation part as much as the cooking part...cutting, chopping, marinading etc...as for dishes...i can make a few things here and there.

essentially curries, stews, pastas, stir fries, pasta, pizza, steaks, potato dishes etc.

i wonder what people cook when camping...sorry if this is out of topic :p
