CBR vs RVF...

Kyoshiro if u insist ur bike and ur skills is fast and gd , i can accept that but maybe in ur case ur so called those cbr who played with u nvr won u b4 doesn't mean all cbrs will lose in term of pickup...I nvr went for track lessons but i also got play pickup with rvf b4 and i won...But it doesn't allow me to say i can make assume that all rvfs will nvr win me in that aspect base on that match rite ? All bikes got their pros and cons...But anyway , i'm reli interested to noe wat mod u did to ur bike though to give u all that confidence... ^_^

 

rather, its quite known that stock rvf's picking up will normally win a stock cbr rr/rl models, why not you say your mods on your bike to actually win an rvf before?

For that to happen, both machines preferably have to be stock, the riders have to have almost the same riding competency as well. Like I've said before as an analogy, there should preferably be no amount of steroids fed to any athletes before they begin a race. Unfair advantage is alright in the athlete's case (heck care those athletes) but in the case of this thread, we wanna know which one performs and outperforms -- in which both will be straight down naked to the fairing and stock parts (read: no fancy aftermarket exhausts, no performance CDI's or carbs)

 

If we see a lot of people jio'ing each other to a race, it's more like a race to see whose ego's better than the other. And this thread might as well cease to function.

Agreed. U want faster pick up? top end? upgrade lah. All 400cc also have restricted HP. Want compair what? Your ego too high scare no face if lose cause ur bike more exp more better? So become defensive, putting down other ppl choice of bike and start jioing all bikes out to compair juz to fill in the gap for ur ego and confident?

 

Both bikes are great each have its pros and cons. I personally is riding a cbr4. And i love my bike. Please dont sound like cbr4 is a useless bike and ur bike is godly. Respect others.

mine now not stock...even if last time stock cbr spocket is 39 , while rvf is 38...if the settings are correct on both bike(even though cbrs are much older) and with the a gd rider and proper clutch play even if pickup lose , i reli dun believe cbr will lose rvf pickup til where...i personally rode both bikes b4 so i know...maintence and skills i guess...not saying i'm gd but just voicing out my opinions...BUT if u say cornering den i would agree rvf is more stable den cbr...

I'll brainwash the CBR rider into thinking that his bike "cannot make it one, because, etc etc...," getting his adrenaline up.

 

I'll merely wave off the RVF rider, engaging in bike" sweet-talk" telling him that he's got such a damned sweet bike there.

 

When the flag's down, we'll see who crosses the finish line first. Plan steady bo?

my fren just skid and buang and total lost i guess maybe beyond repair or too ex to repair so ppl scrap it loh. but i hope if got ppl scrap their rvf maybe can post here so i can go buy some parts:P
