tat fellow bike seriously pick up fast (first 2 gear) and his "SPOCKET" very scary..

 

tat day even PGM4 , CBR also lose.. (he only vtec1)

 

i quite shock also.. u all must go try wif him (white and green wing paintwork)

he selling in 3 days time.. everytime at dam...

i tink its natural for rvf to lose on pick up leh rvf pick up not very strong compared to others. more known for better handling imo

well .. s4 spocket itself is already very big. their stock size already 45 if i'm not wrong.

i'm not sure abt his s4 vtec 1 , but my fren, stock vtec 2 win him 2 times.

ur friend has got a fast bike den.. i've seen the s4 before.. his pick up is really . i can say he got a strong moving off.

rvf got better mid range then pick up IMO. haha.. anyway even the 2 strokers pgm 250 also lose him.. his pick up is really fast.

s4 has better gear 1 den most 400cc sportbikes due to its spocket size.

 

therefore it will most-likely lead in gear 1. so for a sportbike with spocketsize 39 or 38 to beat a s4 with 45, u need to drag.

i tell u, when a s4 drag till near red line, a cbr is still running at rpm 10+. so basically a s4 will stay infront when its in gear one. When the cbr reach near red line in gear 1, it will most probably on par with s4 who is in gear 2. den when the cbr flicks its shift to gear 2, its already overtaking the s4.

And so u have it .

 

so ... if the rvf has no problem, den it should be the rider problem.

i ain't crapping, if u need to wait till gear 4 just to overtake the s4, i think u will have a hard time to chase a cbr.

Did [3]`chUn executed his pickup from 0km/h properly?

Although I'm against illegal racing, I would like to comment:

I found it hard to fathom that he'd lost that mini race to an S4

precisely, V4 is design for better pick up and good mid-range.

 

so it could either be the rider problem which he cannot do a 0km/h properly. or might be the bike need to service alittle bit.

 

but what [3]`chUn saying is tat .. tat s4 he challenge was "fast"

and he says , he personally feels tat the s4 bike only first 3 gear fast..

after tat think cannot make it liao..

 

if what he race was called fast and he need 4th gear onwards to win, den he should be facing difficulty in winning a stock vtec II. which my fren won him abt 1 bike + length ahead.
