Where to do Refinance?

In that case, you can pretty much forget about it.

Can go with the bike owner to a familiar bike shop, sell to the shop and u takeover while taking loan from the shop. But plus interest and the jacked up price from the shop.. Not sure whether it's worth it... Just ask any friendly bike shops if they can do so..
