Some oversea resort do have electric scooter or small cc bike for rent, they are lite and small easy to commute around.

If you are asking based in Singapore. It's illegal to ride a classed/ registered motorcycle without a licence and insurance without your name.

If you want to feel the race rush, try Kranji Go Kart (KF1).

@newbielearner Like bro @JJBuBBle mentioned, it's a big NONO in Singapore. If you get caught you will be banned from riding/driving for many years. It is not worth it. Go through the 2B process and once you pass your license you can legally rent a bike to 'have the thrill'.

I see from your other posts you are already taking lessons, you'll get there in no time.

Be patient as your patience will be rewarded!

P.S. Technically you can go to Sepang and ride any bike on track without a license as it is private land, but again, highly inadvisable.
