Hi, ppl out there, i know through here can know alot of information on the road. on the 20/11/2006 my bike was laid up. on the 21/11/2006 my bike was on the road and get caught by the ROV. And yet i don't have license. plus i got home probation cos of civil case. wat will it be the worst out come for my case?

Hmm, big case you have here. Good luck, and just to make you mentally prepared, i guess if its just a fine, then its gonna be huge... lots of offence u committed e.g: no license, bike no road tax, no insurance cover. Not sure if there is anymore to the list. Each offence i think carries a max fine of 1k each...

If cannot pay the fine then it going to be very difficult once the judge pass the sentences.

since u are under probation , and u are going to court for something like riding without license (if you still on tagging lagi worst,becos u are not allowed to take even cab only mrt & bus).... All i can say good luck to you.

Go TP tp report on what?? That you rode a bike without license, road tax, insurance and riding a bike that was laid up?

 

You are under probation and you got yourself into another trouble. Chances are, your previous offence will be brought up again when the judge see you in court. It will also carry weight on your new offence.

To be honest, let this be a lesson.

 

You should think of the consequences before doing such things.

 

Appeal might be futile because of your fantastic combo offences. No licence, no valid road tax, no insurance, probation......

Gd luck to you frenz.. if you are charge in courts... your probation officer play a important role man..... so you better talk to your probation office about this see he or she can help to write a gd report for you if you are charge in courts... i think most to most extend probation only lor.. have to see wat is your ages and wat case you charge be4...

riding without lic, insurance and rd tax. prepare for court case already. bike will be confiscate. most likely cant escape from fine and ban from taking lic for yrs. there might be jail sentence.

how many offences did you commit? what does laid up mean? no road tax and insurance? but how to have a bike when you dont have a license? or your license got revoked?

Riding a laid up bike ---> You will be fined.

 

Riding a laid up bike w/o a license ---> You'll be fined and suspended from all classes. (I don't know how you did this and whose bike is it anyway cause if you don't have license how come you can have a bike)

 

About the probation thingy me not sure. Most probably the worst that can happened is you get your home probabtion increase+heavily fined+suspended of all classes

look for your MP to help appeal on your behalf else you'll be in the deep end of things..

 

civil case depends on the severity seeing that you are out on bail or something proves that it is not much of a case.

 

in all things, DO NOT RUN AWAY from the problem you have created or YOUR FAMILY will be dragged in the shithole too!

 

it takes a MAN to face up to his wrong-doings. I know & I can advise cos I was in deeper sh*t than you are right now!

it's lucky there wasnt any accidents due to ur foolishness of riding without lic ..

and i would say it's lucky that the ROV caught you for riding without lic, and riding a laid up bike with no insurance, no road tax ...
